Terms of Service

Welcome to Black Atlas Network ("BAN", "we", "us", or "our") — the AI Business Launch OS. By accessing or using our platform at www.blackatlasnetwork.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. The Platform

Black Atlas Network provides an integrated operating system for founders, creators, and operators building high-growth AI websites and app ventures. The Platform includes:

• Antalytix — opportunity intelligence and market research.
• Creat8Collab — team workflows, projects, and collaboration tools.
• Kuji — AI-assisted website and application builder.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Membership & Billing

BAN offers Basic, Premium, and Elite tiers. Subscription fees are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You may cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its data.
• Use the Platform to build or distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent content.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant BAN a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it solely to operate and improve the Platform.

6. AI-Generated Output

The Platform uses AI to generate insights, designs, code, and other output. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it, publishing it, or using it in production.

7. Intellectual Property

The BAN name, logo, design system, and software are owned by Black Atlas Network. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI output, or specific business results from using the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAN's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
