4. Membership & Payment Data

Black Atlas Network offers free and paid membership tiers (Basic, Premium, and Elite). All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store your subscription status, membership tier, and billing period dates, but we never store your full payment card details on our servers.

Marketplace transactions between members and businesses listed on the Platform are also processed through Stripe, with platform fees disclosed at checkout.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
